Mac and Cheese
Macaroni and cheese!
What can I say? Where can I start?
As soon as macaroni and cheese hit your mouth it’s like you went to heaven and came back. Your mouth gets slippery with all the melted cheese and butter.
Here is a recipe to make mac and cheese:
8 ounces elbow macaroni
1⁄4 cup butter
1⁄4 cup flour
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1 dash black pepper
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese or 8 ounces cheddar cheese
Cook macaroni according to package directions.
In medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; stir in flour, salt and pepper; slowly add milk.
Cook and stir until bubbly.
Stir in cheese until melted.
Drain macaroni; add to cheese sauce; stir to coat.
In my point of view macaroni and cheese is nice, amazing and delicious but people don’t like it and I know many, many people in my school who say it has too much cheese or it is dry.
But they are wrong.
At many occasion macaroni and cheese is suitable for all ages. It can be had:
So the next time you pass a supermarket or a shop make sure you don’t forget to buy MACARONI AND CHEESE.
So all I have to say is that mac and cheese is the best thing you could ever have.
