My Childhood & Others

My childhood and others

I was born in 2006 and I lived in Afghanistan until I moved to the UK when I was eight years old. When I came to Sheffield, I stayed in a hotel. A man helped my dad because he spoke Dari and English. I went to different cities but I forgot their names. Now, I am living in London.

Tommy was born in 1993. Tommy is 22 years old. He had four close friends and two of them were named Tom. One time, he got into trouble because of his friend. His friend kicked the ball on his teacher’s head. After that, his teacher gave to Tommy a detention.

Many poor Victorian children never went to school. Young children were forced to work as soon as they were old enough to earn money for their families. Children in factories worked long hours. Factories did not give children enough money to eat food.
